Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce (GMCC) has been working on the development and implementation of the Local Skills Improvement Plan for Greater Manchester (GM LSIP), a Department for Education (DfE) commissioned initiative to set out the key priorities and changes needed in the local area to make post-16 technical education or training more responsive and closely aligned to local labour market needs.
Labour and skills shortages in the health and social care sector are widely documented. The GMCC are asking for your help with this to get your views about recruitment difficulties and training.
Please could you spare 5 minutes to complete this survey, and all responses will be treated confidentially.
If you are facing particular labour and skills related challenges and would like to talk to them about this, please contact the GM LSIP research team at gmlsip@gmchamber.co.uk.
