On 4th December 2023, the Home Office announced changes to visa processes that would be introduced in Spring 2024:
- A requirement for all sponsor organisations working with health and care visas to be registered with the CQC.
- That those entering the UK on a health and care visa would not be able to bring dependents into the UK.
- That those entering on health and care visas are exempt from increased minimum salary requirements for skilled worker visas
