Purpose:
The purpose of this stakeholder meeting is to collaborate on the development of a cutting-edge workforce modelling tool tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the ASC sector in GM. We believe that your experiences, expectations, and perspectives will be instrumental in defining this tool.
What to Expect:
With the tool currently in it’s planning and defining stage, our intention is to make it a robust solution that delivers insightful capacity and demand analysis, as well as comprehensive modelling capabilities fed by numerous parameters and datasets that are valuable to you. We believe that your involvement will be pivotal in shaping how this tool will look, feel, and function over the short, medium and long term. Together, we will explore the data it should capture, as well as the expected visual outputs that will provide meaningful benefits for modelling the workforce demands of tomorrow and succession planning.
Meeting Frequency:
Our group is expected to meet on a monthly basis in the initial stages. We aim to understand and define the framework of the workforce modelling tool over the weeks and months to come, ensuring that it addresses the specific requirements of our dynamic field.
