This e-learning course is funded by NHS England and is free until the end of June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>This course is for individuals working at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.skillsforhealth.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Frailty-framework.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Tier 3 levels\u00a0<\/a>across all health and social care settings.\u00a0Tier 3 professionals have &#8220;a high degree of autonomy, able to provide care in complex situations and who may also lead services for people living with frailty.\u201d\u00a0Access to the course is free for all health and social care professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Achieving 80% or higher from the assessment modules results in course certification.
