We are looking for partners within Bolton and Wigan area or organisations within wider reach across North West.<\/p>\n<p>As part of our commitment to supporting the Social Care sector, we are expanding placement opportunities across a range of services. Our goal is to work collaboratively with providers to ensure our curriculum and training pathways directly reflect the needs of the workforce; now and in the future.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently seeking early adopters who are enthusiastic about helping shape these opportunities and influencing how Nursing and AHP students gain real world experience in Social Care settings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Get Involved?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hosting students brings a wide range of benefits to organisations, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the growth of the future workforce<\/li>\n<li>Bringing new energy and fresh perspectives into teams<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing service capacity and innovation<\/li>\n<li>Offering staff opportunities to develop supervision and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening partnerships between education and care providers<\/li>\n<li>Placement tariff payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How We Support You?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We understand that taking students on placement is a commitment.
