That is over 1,500 people in Greater Manchester every year. If you have any concerns, your GP would like to see you.<\/p>\n<p>Symptoms of bowel cancer which can include:<br \/>\n\u2022 blood in your poo or bleeding from your bottom<br \/>\n\u2022 pain or a lump in your tummy,<br \/>\n\u2022 losing weight without trying.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s also important to take up your bowel cancer screening if you are eligible. Bowel cancer screening is for men and women aged 50-74.
