We stand together. We will not let hate divide us.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The campaign with further details and support is available on the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership website &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/gmintegratedcare.org.uk\/no-space-for-racism-in-health-and-care-anywhere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">No Space for Racism.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The campaign aims to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amplify colleagues&#8217; lived experiences and set clear expectations for respectful behaviour<\/li>\n<li>Clearly state that racism towards staff will not be tolerated and has consequences<\/li>\n<li>Raise awareness of harmful behaviour and why it is unacceptable<\/li>\n<li>Build trust and psychological safety to speak up &#8211; increase reporting to enable system-wide improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen leadership and bystander support for staff.<\/li>\n<li>Promote learning and positive behaviour change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>We will share a toolkit containing the video, graphics, messages and quote cards for partners to use across:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>organisational social media<\/li>\n<li>staff and public newsletters<\/li>\n<li>websites and intranets<\/li>\n<li>staff meetings and team briefings<\/li>\n<li>community and voluntary groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will work with local and regional media to support the launch, using the strong interest and leadership backing across Greater Manchester.<\/p>\n<p>What can you do to help stop the racism?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Greater Manchester is a place built on care, kindness and respect.
