Together, we&#8217;ll learn about the cost of not considering workforce wellbeing, how organisations can adapt their approaches and how training and development can play a role in modelling and normalising new behaviours.<\/p>\n<h4>What to expect<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Insights from system leaders across health, local government and physical activity<\/li>\n<li>Shared learning from partners working across social care and community settings<\/li>\n<li>Facilitated discussions and reflective activities<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities to connect with colleagues across Greater Manchester<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Who should attend<\/h4>\n<p>This event is for anyone interested in the role movement and physical activity can play within social care, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social care providers and leaders<\/li>\n<li>Health and care system partners<\/li>\n<li>Local authority teams<\/li>\n<li>Community and voluntary sector organisations<\/li>\n<li>Physical activity and sport partners<\/li>\n<li>Commissioners and policy leaders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Movement matters to all of us.
