We can offer you a\u00a0<b>\u00a3 75 payment<\/b>\u00a0to compensate for time spent in an interview with us (up to 1 hour).<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"left\"><b>Key facts:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">We want to speak to NIs and RMs who work for any sized care home and small-medium home care providers (ie 11-200 people supported).<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The format is an online interview for up to an hour, at a time convenient to the participant.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">We will compensate people for their time with a \u00a3 75 voucher.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">It\u2019s helpful if the participant has already looked at GASCD but not essential. At the moment, only Nominated Individuals and Registered Managers can access the service. If you want to sign up, please see the instructions at the end of this email.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"left\">To keep improving the service in a way that is useful to providers like you, we need to hear your feedback to inform design and content decisions. The interview will ask for your views about new content being developed as well as any feedback from you about what\u00a0you find useful,\u00a0anything that is confusing, any gaps\u00a0and\u00a0any other comments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"left\">These sessions are designed to be informal and collaborative &#8211; we\u2019re\u00a0not testing you but learning from you.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"left\">We would prefer it if you had looked at the service in advance, but this isn\u2019t essential.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"left\">Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"left\">Recording and data use: with your consent, we would like to record the session to ensure we accurately capture your feedback. All information you share will be kept secure and confidential, be used for research purposes only and be anonymised in any reporting or outputs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"left\">We are committed to making these sessions accessible.
