In Greater Manchester we have a range of digital support offers across Greater Manchester including:

Kooth and Qwell

These services provide free, safe and anonymous online mental health support whenever you need it. There are no waiting lists for support and no referral needed. Access to these platforms is available instantly 24/7. Support available includes:

  • Live chat or messaging with qualified mental health professionals
  • Self help tools and activities
  • Online community

  • Living Life to the Full is a website that offers online courses to help improve low mood, overcome stress and build confidence. This range of online courses and e-books have been designed to improve feelings and beat stress. This self-help support is available online and can be accessed at any time. It is free of charge if you live or work in Greater Manchester. The resources are available in 18 languages. Visit www.gmlifeskills.com
  • SilverCloud – an online therapy programme for adults proven to help with stress, anxiety, low-mood and depression.
  • SilverCloud parent and carer programmes: Supporting an Anxious Child (for parents and carers of children aged 5 to 11) and Supporting and Anxious Teen (for parents and carers of teenagers aged 12 to 18)
