- Some parents, for lots of different reasons, might find it difficult to get to know their baby. There is support available. You can speak with your Health Visitor or midwife, who can link you in with local parent infant mental health specialists. Each borough of Greater Manchester has a dedicated Parent Infant Mental Health Service to support families grow strong healthy relationships.
