Infectious disease outbreaks, like the current Coronavirus (Covid 19), can be scary and can affect our mental health. While it is important to stay informed, there are also many things we can do to support and manage our wellbeing during such times.
Organisations we’re working with across Greater Manchester have developed a wide range of resources. We’re starting to collate links to them and have a new page COVID-19 mental health and wellbeing resources. We’ll continue to update this page as and when new resources come in.
