Greater Manchester Resilience Hub

We’re here for you. We offer free, confidential emotional and wellbeing support for all health and care staff who live or work in Greater Manchester.

We can help with work-related stress, anxiety, covid-related concerns, fatigue or exhaustion, relationship difficulties, and mental health concerns.

We offer:

  • Individual wellbeing support – advice, access to therapy, helpful resources, developing a wellbeing plan
  • Team support – focusing on work-related experiences, stresses and dilemmas
  • Support for managers and leaders

Our staff are trained mental health professionals, who are skilled at working with people who have experienced traumatic and distressing events.

“Our workforce are our greatest asset. The last two years has shown both the fragility and resilience of our health and care services and the need to continue to provide an effective, personalised support offer is critical. The Resilience Hub is working closely with many of our staff and their families. This has been a really important and well received offer during such difficult times.” Dr Manisha Kumar, chief medical officer, NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board.
