This resource pack contains key resources covering exam stress (anxiety, depression, revision, sleep problems, wellbeing and self-care).

The resources are aimed at: school staff, parents & carers and young people

We’ve also produced more generic mental health and wellbeing resource packs for early year settings, schools and colleges. These were produced in December 2021 and all resources have been quality assured by the Greater Manchester Resilience hub. Please don’t download these and share via email as we regularly update the packs as new information and advice becomes available.
