{"id":3572,"date":"2022-02-01T07:18:03","date_gmt":"2022-02-01T07:18:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hub.gmintegratedcare.org.uk\/mental-health\/?p=3572"},"modified":"2022-02-01T09:01:46","modified_gmt":"2022-02-01T09:01:46","slug":"dad-matters-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hub.gmintegratedcare.org.uk\/mental-health\/whats-new\/dad-matters-conference\/","title":{"rendered":"Dad Matters Conference: Please hold the date"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Please hold the date:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday 20th June 2022 (International Father\u2019s Mental Health Day)<\/li>\n<li>9am to 4.30pm<\/li>\n<li>Greater Manchester (venue TBC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dad Matters would love it if you could be there!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Details will be shared as soon as they are finalised, but <a href=\"https:\/\/dadmatters.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dad Matters<\/a> will spend the morning sharing some Dad and volunteer stories, details of their work and how it has developed, hearing from their clinical and third sector partners about their experiences of working with Dad Matters.<\/p>\n<p>Dad Matters are really pleased to announce that they\u2019ll have the fabulous <a href=\"https:\/\/annamachin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dr. Anna Machin<\/a> as their keynote speaker. If you have ever heard her speak before you\u2019ll know just how relevant her work is to how, when and why we engage dads.<\/p>\n<p>In the afternoon they\u2019ll be holding some workshop sessions to look at the impact Dad Matters have had in rolling out the service, and to plan for the future of Dad Matters UK as they continue to expand and develop their offer.<\/p>\n<p>During the day, at break and lunch times and before the day begins, there will be some market stall type opportunities for organisations to display their resources and engage with attendees.
