Some days are good but on others, even small daily tasks seem overwhelming. Perhaps your child feels out of control, constantly worried, or like they\u2019re carrying around a weight that no-one else can see.\u00a0 While there are digital tools available for them to access, there\u2019s also support out there for you too.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to our other digital support offers (<a href=\"https:\/\/hub.gmintegratedcare.org.uk\/mental-health\/kooth\/\">Kooth<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/hub.gmintegratedcare.org.uk\/mental-health\/qwell\/\">Qwell<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/hub.gmintegratedcare.org.uk\/mental-health\/living-life-to-the-full\/\">Living Life To The Full<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/hub.gmintegratedcare.org.uk\/mental-health\/silvercloud\/\">SilverCloud for adults 16yrs +<\/a>) we\u2019ve now got two new programmes available: SilverCloud\u2019s programmes for parents and carers. These are free.<\/p>\n<p>You can choose from these programmes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting an Anxious Child (for parents and carers of children aged 5 to 11)<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and Anxious Teen (for parents and carers of teenagers aged 12 to 18)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are two documents available that contain more information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hub.gmintegratedcare.org.uk\/mental-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2023\/03\/SilverCloud-Supporting-an-Anxious-Teen-A-Guide-for-Parents-and-Carers-March-2023.pdf\">SilverCloud Supporting an Anxious Teen A Guide for Parents and Carers March 2023<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/hub.gmintegratedcare.org.uk\/mental-health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2023\/03\/SilverCloud-Supporting-an-Anxious-Child-A-Guide-for-Parents-and-Carers-March-2023.pdf\">SilverCloud Supporting an Anxious Child A Guide for Parents and Carers March 2023<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Staff in schools and colleges can also access both programmes for their work with children and young people.<\/p>\n<p>Both programmes are for parents and carers who are looking to support their child in dealing with worry and anxiety, while learning helpful strategies to tackle their own anxiety. Both programmes incorporate elements of CBT such as psychoeducation, relaxation and gradual exposure, with the aim of enabling children to identify their anxiety, and to apply their skills in anxiety-provoking situations.<\/p>\n<p>They are available at any time of day and can be accessed from any device, including a tablet or mobile phone.<\/p>\n<p>You can sign up here: <a
