Yonder is a Liverpool-based social enterprise working alongside local social care providers to test, learn and build new ways of working – ways that support organisations to find, grow and keep staff.
Together with Greater Manchester support organisations, we’re piloting a community-based Social Care Academy, designed to create safe, supported routes into adult social care for low-risk offenders.
We’re looking for open-minded providers across Greater Manchester who want to strengthen their workforce while helping people turn their lives around.
We’ll support you with onboarding, service adjustments and coordination with Probation, and bring experience across CQC, DBS, safeguarding and regulation to ensure you feel confident, compliant and fully supported throughout.
Participants complete the Care Certificate and first aid training, helping them gain the skills and confidence needed to start a career in care.
