AMBITION TO LEAD LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

We are delighted to announce that the applications for our ‘Ambition to Lead’ Leadership Programme 2026 are now open.

Who is it for?

The programme is open to experienced nurses and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) working in the community, primary care, and social care.

Ambition to Lead is designed to support the professional development of the participants to become future leaders in healthcare. We actively seek to ensure that all our programmes have an equitable representation of the whole nursing and AHP workforce, and Global Majority applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. Please note the programme is not exclusive to Queen’s Nurses; it is open to any nurse or AHP who meets the eligibility criteria.

When is it?

This is a year-long programme starting in September 2026 and finishing in June 2027 with five bi-monthly study days and two residential modules. Participants will engage in a diverse range of learning experiences, including presentations, online sessions, lectures, and group work, collectively contributing to a transformative 12-month journey. View the guidance document below for more information.

How much does it cost?

The fee for this programme is £5,000 which includes face to face study days some of which are residential. The fee also includes MBTI Assessment, mentor support, and much more.
