The Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS) is a free online data collection service that covers the adult social care workforce in England.
Creating an account is simple. Join the 21,000 other care providers already using ASC-WDS and access the following:
▪ Funding for training: Access the Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS).
▪ Benchmarking: Compare your workplace to similar workplaces in your local area on pay and staff retention.
▪ Storing key workforce information: Store and access individual staff records in one place.
▪ Managing training and qualifications: – Record staff training and qualifications and store certificates. Downloadable training reports can be used as evidence for CQC, with your local authority or in staff one-to-ones.
▪ Helping the sector: Shape DHSC policies and provide valuable data that supports leaders advocating for the sector.
