INVESTMENT IN WORKFORCE WELLBEING

Explore how movement and physical activity can support workforce engagement in person-centred social care at this shared learning event.

Join partners from across Greater Manchester for a shared learning event exploring both community and cross-sector lenses on the importance of workforce wellbeing and its connection to physical activity and movement.

Building on a previous shared learning events on Enabling Workforce Engagement in Person-Centred Social Care and Championing Link Roles & Context in Person-Centred Social Care, this follow-up session will bring together partners from across Greater Manchester. Together, we’ll learn about the cost of not considering workforce wellbeing, how organisations can adapt their approaches and how training and development can play a role in modelling and normalising new behaviours.

What to expect

  • Insights from system leaders across health, local government and physical activity
  • Shared learning from partners working across social care and community settings
  • Facilitated discussions and reflective activities
